The history of New Hope Anointing Oils begins with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Called by God to revive the biblical tradition of anointing oils, Don and Earline Rebstock began researching and creating oils out of their St. Simons Island, Georgia home. God sent the name “New Hope” to the Rebstock’s in the reflection that Jesus is the hope and salvation of the world.
In 1992, the Lord called Earline home, but through the good and merciful will of God, Don was sent Elizabeth, another loving partner with which to share his life in March of 1999.
Together in their love for Christ, Don and Liz create anointing, biblical, and healing oils. New Hope Anointing Oils are blended from Olive Oil, Frankincense, and Myrrh. Frankincense Oils symbolize Jesus’ holiness and Myrrh Oils are symbolic of the suffering He would endure while on earth. Olive oil is used as the base for the anointing oil symbolizing the Holy Spirit, salvation, and grace. (Hebrews 1:9).
Don and Liz Rebstock continue to spread the word of God through their passion and dedication towards New Hope Anointing Oils.
